ABOUT US		Chris West is the owner of Mailing Pros Inc. (MPI), a California corporation founded in March of 2000.  He had seven years experience in mail prior to opening MPI in 2000. Chris holds a bachelors degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University. He has taken numerous professional courses, seminars and post graduate work in business, logistics, and most importantly, mail and USPS regulations. Chris’ professional history prior to the mailing business consisted of positions requiring responsibility and integrity. He served as a commissioned officer in the US Air Force upon graduation from college where, among other duties, he was the granting agent for security clearances at the base where he was stationed. After receiving an honorable discharge from the Air Force, he embarked upon a 25 year career as a sworn officer with the Los Angeles Police Department, retiring as a Lieutenant.  During that time Chris served in a wide variety of leadership and administrative capacities. Chris and Jack Potter, Postmaster General and CEO of the United States Postal Service.

Our Experienced Staff		Our experienced staff puts customer service first and has developed a reputation for going the extra mile to ensure the success of our clients’ mailing campaigns.  Our employees are trained to ask the right questions to determine the most economical and effective approach to meet our clients’ needs while complying fully with USPS requirements.  We provide continuing education through professional organizations and USPS-sponsored programs to make sure that all of our employees are up-to-date with all current industry standards and regulations.  We strive for excellence in every area from mail piece design to product output to delivery strategies. Mailing Pros Inc enjoys a strong reputation for providing expert mail shop services, and with the United States Postal Service as a high quality service provider.   We have developed particular expertise in the areas of political, union, and nonprofit, as well as commercial mail.  We are your advocate in the mailing process and your trusted partner.
